CUSTOM EXTRUSION EQUIPMENT

Plastic extrusion machines.
Custom production lines.

Configure a plastic extrusion machine or a connected production line around your product drawing. ARKPM develops pipe, profile and tubing equipment proposals that bring the extruder, tooling, cooling, haul-off and finishing stages into one defined scope.

DEFINE THE SUPPLY

An extruder or a complete extrusion line?

An extruder supplies and conditions melt for the tooling. A complete extrusion line also needs the stages that establish the product shape, remove heat, control movement and deliver a finished length or coil. Comparing an extruder-only price with an entire production-line quotation can hide substantial differences in supply.

Choose the product family by the geometry you intend to manufacture. Pipe projects focus on diameter, wall and downstream handling; profiles require a cross-section and a clear calibration plan; tubing projects need the bore, wall, dimensional limits and collection method defined together.

Our customization service concerns machinery and production-line configuration. Send the resin grade and product drawing to discuss equipment for your own production. Material suitability, tooling, acceptance checks and included downstream stages are confirmed for the individual project.

PLAN YOUR QUOTATION

Turn your product drawing into a machinery brief.

Share the drawing, resin grade, dimensions, tolerances, target output and finished-product format. State whether tooling, cooling, haul-off, cutting or winding are required, and identify any equipment you already have.

01

Drawing and resin

Provide the cross-section, dimensions, tolerances, material grade and intended product range.

02

Line boundaries

Specify which extrusion, tooling, sizing, cooling, traction and finishing stages are needed.

03

Acceptance and site

Define how dimensions, output and finish will be checked, together with utilities and available layout.

EQUIPMENT QUESTIONS

Choose the scope.
Then the configuration.

Do you supply custom extrusion equipment or finished plastic parts?

The product range on this website concerns extrusion machinery and production lines. Send your product drawing to discuss the equipment needed to make that product; it is not an order page for finished plastic components.

What affects the price of a plastic extrusion machine or line?

The resin and product dimensions affect the extrusion and tooling brief. Cooling, haul-off, cutting or winding, controls and the number of product sizes also change the supply scope. A comparable quote needs the same product specification and included stages.

Can tooling and downstream equipment be customized?

Yes. Tooling, calibration, cooling and product handling are reviewed as connected parts of the line. The final proposal identifies the supplied stages, interfaces to other equipment and project acceptance requirements.

Can one configuration handle every resin or product size?

No universal capability should be assumed. Resin behavior, geometry, tooling, cooling and handling requirements vary. List the grades and product range you intend to run so their compatibility and changeover requirements can be assessed.
