Plastic recycling machines.
Built around your feedstock.
ARKPM configures plastic recycling machines and pelletizing lines for identified film scrap and rigid regrind. Match the feeding, melt treatment and pellet finishing stages to your material, its condition and the application you want the pellets to serve.

Rigid Plastic Recycling Machine

Two-Stage Pelletizing Machine
What should a recycling line include?
A recycling equipment quotation should state the incoming material and where processing starts. Whole production rejects, loose film and prepared regrind require different arrangements. Sorting, size reduction, washing and drying are separate scope decisions; they are not automatically included with a pelletizing machine.
The product families here focus on feeding, extrusion-based melt treatment and pellet production. Compare them by feed condition and required output quality. Screen access, venting, cooling, collection and connections to existing equipment belong in the same discussion as the extruder.
For in-house production scrap recycling, describe the material at the point it is collected: trim rolls, loose offcuts or already prepared regrind. State how often the resin, color or formulation changes. These details help define a practical recycling route for your production schedule.
A quote built on the material you actually have.
Send the polymer identity, photographs, preparation history, target pellet use and required output. Include existing equipment and site utilities so the quotation separates the machine supply from work required elsewhere in the plant.
Feed condition
Polymer identity, source, form, preparation, moisture and contamination define the material envelope for a proposal.
Usable output
Describe the pellet application, acceptance checks and required output under the agreed feed conditions.
Plant interfaces
Share available utilities, the layout and existing equipment. Identify which preparation and site work remain outside the new supply.

Is a plastic pelletizing machine the same as a complete recycling plant?
A pelletizing machine processes a defined feed into pellets. A recycling plant may also need receiving, sorting, size reduction, washing, drying and storage. The supplied stages and incoming feed condition must be listed in the quotation.
Which configuration should we consider for film or rigid scrap?
Begin with the physical form and preparation of the material. Film feeding differs from handling prepared rigid regrind. A two-stage arrangement is a melt-treatment decision that needs a material review; it is not a universal upgrade for every stream.
What determines the price of a plastic recycling machine?
The feed condition, target usable output, filtration duty, venting, pellet finishing and automation influence the equipment scope. Upstream preparation, utilities and site work can change the wider project budget. ARKPM prepares project-specific proposals rather than a universal price for all materials.
Can you assess existing preparation equipment?
Yes. Supply its discharge condition, transfer method, operating range and available layout. The proposal should identify the interfaces and responsibilities between existing equipment and the new line.
